Policies

    • Cancellation and Rescheduling of an appointment, by the client, required 24 hours notice to waive the FULL appointment fee.

    • In the event of weather, or family emergency or other uncontrollable circumstances, the groomer has the discretion to waive the fee within the 24 hour period.

    • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a groom if we feel the need to do so. Every effort will be made to reschedule at a time convenient for both the client and the groomer.

  • Pets are accepted for grooming only under the following circumstances.

    • The pet is fit and healthy, grooming which takes place on an elderly or infirm pet will be at the owners risk. Grooming may expose pre-existing health/skin conditions for which Les.is.Meow Mobile cat grooming cannot be held liable.

    • Understand that we are working with moving animals and accidents can happen, in the event of injury to pet Les.Is.Meow mobile grooming is not held liable.

    • Payment is to be made at the time of service. Payment can be made in cash or e-transfer to mobile number 587-577-4902 Our rates are based on the breed of pet and duration of the groom.

    • We have the right to turn away pets if they are to stressed or dangerous for the groomer.

    • We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet or client for any reason.

    • “De-matting” or complete coat removal will result in additional charges and could dramatically alter your pets appearance.

    • it is considered a “No Show” when the client is not available at the scheduled appointment time and does not contact the groomer to cancel or reschedule.

    • we reserve the right to charge the FULL grooming fee due to the loss of revenue caused by a “ No Show”. We also will require a deposit if you try and book with us again, Please make sure every effort to call and cancel or reschedule when possible to avoid such situations.

  • We do not offer refunds for grooms. we want you to love how your pet looks when we groom them, if anything needs to be fixed please notify the groomer right away, so i can address any issues immediately. if you still have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us!
